I have worked with various specialists in supporting professions, but it is with Yulia that I am able to significantly advance in my request in one session, look at the situation from different angles, make a choice, expand my perception of the situation.
Sessions with Yulia are always professional, effective, clear and to the point. It is interesting how she notices changes in my tone of voice, my patterns in behavior and words, changes in energy - things that I myself do not notice in myself. And it is especially valuable how Yulia delicately brings me to the action plan, because it is through this approach that I can change my life situation.

Yulia, thanks to you, I was able to "take off the blinders" and look at the chosen situations from completely new perspective for me. You helped to noticeably change my approach to situations where it is difficult/impossible to influence the course of events, expand my methods of working with difficult stakeholders and expand my number of options for interacting with people in general. Yulia, I will share my impressions of our coaching sessions. Initially, I wanted to use the coaching tool to get closer to solving a specific problem that I considered very important and could not solve it on my own, no matter how hard I tried. After the first session, I realized that I needed to look deeper and changed my attitude to the problem itself. During the next 9 sessions, we consistently analyzed cases that arose during a difficult and busy period. Despite the fact that most of the sessions were during a period of high workload and it was often difficult to find time, I am very glad that we held them according to the schedule, since it were the sessions and Yulia herself that provided me with great support during this period.
One of the most memorable sessions was during the deadline, there was still a lot of work ahead and I had no energy left even to assess my condition. In an hour, we were able to restore my positive mood, and I suddenly began to perceive all tasks not as an unbearable burden, but as a challenge, which I accepted with interest. I believe that this is an indicator of the highest professionalism of the coach, since I came to these conclusions myself thanks to sensitive support. Once again, thank you very much, Yulia, for your cooperation, I am very glad that my intuition in choosing a coach did not let me down. From the first meeting, it was very easy for me to trust and openly share my thoughts.

I would like to provide feedback about my work with Yulia as a coach. I am an entrepreneur with many years of experience. Yulia is a professional, and this became crystal clear from the first session. At the end of the hour and a half session, I was able to find answers to my questions myself. Was it a coincidence? Initially, I had two feelings about the process: my skepticism was spiced with a little curiosity. However, after several sessions with a similar outcome, I began to understand that it really works.
Leaving the sessions, I had the impression that we had discussed the issue that was bothering me so vividly and that Yulia gave a lot of recommendations and advice. But, recalling our dialogue, I realized that there were no recommendations and advice in fact - there were only my own thoughts that I expressed out loud. My skepticism gradually turned into interest in what would happen at the next session and what other difficult points could be discussed.
After the 6th-7th session, I wanted to immerse myself in studying this approach. After our final session, Yulia shared helpful resources on this topic, for which I express my special gratitude to her. I can strongly recommend Yulia as a coach. In conclusion, I would like to add that the sessions were held in a wonderful friendly environment.
